The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user experiences for web and mobile products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and storyboards.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to improve design decisions.
- Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams.
- Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve experiences.
- Support market research and user behavior analysis.
Key Technical Skills:
Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, User Experience Design, Information Architecture, Accessibility Design
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX Design or related roles.
- Experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to translate research and data into design solutions.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with Consumer (B2C) product design.
- Leadership and collaboration skills.
- B2B design and Developer Portal design experience is a plus.
